Live Workshop

Most leadership problems don’t come from a lack of knowledge. They come from a blind spot: the pattern you can’t see because you’re standing inside it. You’ve solved every problem your business has thrown at you so far, on your own, your next challenge might be harder to see.

We often see leaders having difficulty scaling their business and see that they themselves often are blocking the next step of their business.

In this live session, you’ll work through a real leadership dilemma using some of the methods that we are using on the Leadership Trail. This workshop is not a lecture, it’s a live and engaging way of interacting with potential participants and to meet the team behind the trail.

What you’ll walk away with

  • Insights into a concrete blind spot in your own leadership
  • One clear next action for the exact dilemma you brought into the room
  • A taste of what direct, honest feedback feels like
  • A clearer read on what might be capping your growth

What’s unique about this workshop

This workshop gives you a complete, useful result in the hour itself. If you want to go further afterward, that’s a separate conversation, on your terms, with zero pressure in the room.

Who’s guiding this

Niels Loendersloot

Niels Loendersloot

Niels spent years in technology, in roles built on responsibility, pace, and complexity. It was there he saw how easily a leader, and a person, can drift further from himself without noticing. That experience shaped the work he does today.

He holds the ICF Master Certified Coach credential, the highest level awarded by the International Coaching Federation, and has logged over 3,500 coaching hours across the last ten years. Alongside one-on-one work with leaders at ASML, Rabobank, Siemens, Flextronics, RoyalHaskoningDHV, and TU/e, he founded BolsterKracht in Eindhoven to help leaders find direction, rest, and ownership again, not by adding more knowledge, but by making room for what’s already there and ready to be seen.

“I spend my own downtime outdoors, kitesurfing, on a mountain bike, wherever there’s no signal, because that’s where I do my clearest thinking. I built the Trail because I wanted the men I coach to have that same reset, but with people around them instead of alone.”

Jan Willem Westerbos

Jan Willem Westerbos

Jan Willem is the founder of Mijn Krachtig Pad and a former member of the Korps Commandotroepen, the Dutch army’s special forces. His training in sport pedagogy and his years within Defense shaped a different view of what real development requires: not more theory, but movement, honesty, and the edge between comfortable and uncomfortable.

He brings strength and softness in equal measure. As a teacher, mentor, and coach, he takes participants outdoors deliberately, because insight tends to surface when the body is moving too. From that insight comes a choice, and from that choice, action.

Off the trail, Jan Willem is a son, brother, husband, and father himself, roles he says remind him that none of us are meant to carry everything alone.
