Why for men only?
Transformational leadership requires leaders to confront vulnerability, identity, and unconscious patterns. For men, these processes are often blocked by conditioning around strength, success, and emotional control. A men-only group creates a unique environment of safety, camaraderie, and challenge, where these blocks can be dismantled. The result is men who not only grow personally, but return as more authentic, emotionally intelligent, and inclusive leaders.
